41The Mediation CenterLegal Execution Departmenttakesplace.TheLegalExecutionDepartmentOrderNo.220/2550wassubsequentlyrevokedbytheDepartmentOrderNo.60/2554andtheMediationCenterwasestablishedasanewlycreatedofficeundertheLegalExecutionDepartment,totallyseparatedfromandnolongerundertheSeizureofPropertyDivision.TheMediationCenterisempoweredtohandledisputemediationaftercourtdecision,bothbeforeandafterthelegalexecutionprocesstakesplace,tofollowupandevaluatethecases,keeprecordofthecases,traineffectivemediatorsandpropagateitsdutiestothepublicaswellastocollaboratewithortosupportothergovernmentofficesasassigned.Nowadays, the Legal Execution Department has set up mediation centers in all provinces, aiming to provide nationwide mediation services to the public.
