In such case, the leading creditor must contact the enforcement officer and present evidences providedby the land officer to confirm that there is no Ror.Wor.9 certificate, Ror.Wor. 25 Jor certificate or land allotment map in the UTM Indian 1975 or the UTM WGS 84 coordinate systems for such plots of land. For seizure of Nor.Sor. 3 land, the plaintiff must contact a land officer to participate in on-site identification of the seized land boundaries. The plaintiff shall be responsible for the land survey expenses. If the land officer did not participate in on-site identification of the seized land, the creditor shall present the officer%u2019s refusal to attend letter or notify any other difficulty in doing so to the enforcement officer.
